How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times typically range from 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $500, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's size and your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations?
We currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. International shipping is not available at this time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?

Are there any restocking fees?
A 25% restocking fee applies to returns, except for exchanges for items of equal or greater value or when opting for store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Can I return an assembled item?
Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer returnable but may still be eligible for exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged?

Are there any items that can't be returned?
Custom orders, special fabric selections, bedding, linens, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge if it hasn't shipped yet. For custom items, cancellation must be before production begins.
